That is why, at KROFIAN, we support our colleagues with language training. As part of our employee development program, they have year-long access to the online platform Preply, where they can regularly interact with tutors from all over the world.

A major advantage is the flexibility—everyone can choose a tutor based on their specific needs, schedule lessons around their own availability, and join from practically anywhere.

And we are pleased to see that it is already yielding results.

Two of our colleagues have just completed six months of regular lessons, and during this time, they have made demonstrable progress in their language proficiency.
