What can be done in 1.4 seconds?

Our product - a fully automatic closure assembly line for liquid bags - produces the required piece of output product in 1.4 seconds.
A total of 10 meters long production line with a linear conveyor and the cooperation of 4 robots, welding, camera detection and output control will produce four pieces of the required product at once.
In 5.6 seconds, 4 are placed in the output product crate at once. The consumption is 1,600 components, which can supply the technology for 45 minutes of assembly before the assembly and test cycle takes place at a total of 12 stations.
The challenge was not so much the standing pace as the high demands on the cleanliness of the environment. In addition to the requirements for stainless steel materials, all product handling must take place below the production level to avoid contamination by operating fluids from above.
