Workshop for Students of SZŠ and SOŠ Česká Lípa

The program began with a welcome session and an introduction to our company. This was followed by a theoretical presentation led by Jaroslav Cerha, Assembly Team Leader, and JanVelek, Electrical Assembly Team Leader. Students were introduced to the operations of the assembly and electrical assembly departments, manufacturing processes, and the importance of technical documentation, which forms the foundation of every project. The program also included an instructional video demonstrating the complete lifecycle of an assembly line, from the initial customer request to final commissioning.

In the next part of the workshop, students learned about the principles of automated assembly lines and the individual components of control systems. This provided them with a comprehensive overview of how modern manufacturing equipment is designed, assembled, and brought into operation.

The workshop then continued with a practical demonstration directly in our production facilities. Participants were given a guided tour of assembly lines currently under construction, where experienced employees introduced them to technological processes and showed them how the equipment functions in practice. One of the highlights was a presentation of the construction phase of a new machine, during which students were able to observe the development of the equipment from the basic frame structure through to the final assembly of individual components.

The workshop concluded with a knowledge quiz, an open discussion, and a question-and-answer session. This allowed students to test their newly acquired knowledge while also learning more about career opportunities in technical fields.

These regular workshops are part of our long-term cooperation with local schools. Their purpose is to introduce students to real working environments, encourage interest in technical professions, and connect theoretical knowledge with practical experience. We are delighted by the students’ active participation and believe that events like these can inspire their future career paths.
